Information on the right of withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, within 14 days of receipt of the product ordered online, the buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal. The time is counted in calendar days. This means that all calendar days are counted (Saturday, Sunday, holidays and non-working days included). But if the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the expiry of the last hour of the first following working day.
He does not have to justify a reason, nor to pay a penalty.
With the exception of the return costs, which remain at his expense, SURREAL MOTORSPORT EUROPE will reimburse him for all the sums paid at the latest within 14 days following his withdrawal.
Reimbursement will be made by the method of payment that SURREAL MOTORSPORT EUROPE has chosen.
The product concerned must be returned in its original new condition and in its original packaging. A degraded condition may, if necessary, result in a discount, or even the cancellation of the return of the product.
